Design Approach

Firstly i would start with with gaining insight into users and their needs after spending enough time here i would move to defining the problem with the information have gathered so far.

ideation: we have grown to understand your users and their needs in the Empathize stage, and we have analyzed our observations in the Define stage, and ended up with a human-centered problem statement.

From here, we start putting down ideas and compare and contrast to see which ideas works best and align with the users in question

Prototype: in this process, we work on high fidelity mockups to see and present the solution we have at hand

Testing: finally we present our ready made designs for people to test and see how different users react to every part of our design, after the testing we can know whether to remove or add anything in our design
